1. Electric mats should never be used with heat-sensitive materials such as latex, memory foam, or high-elasticity products, as there is a risk of fire.

This information is stated in the user manual.

2. When using for a long time or while sleeping,

there is a risk of low-temperature burns if used at a high temperature.

Therefore, when using for a long time or while sleeping,

you must use it at a low temperature setting.

3. The power will automatically turn off approximately 15 hours after initial operation.

4. If heavy objects are placed on the electric mat or if the electric mat is folded during use, there is a risk of fire.

This product is also available in Korea in

single/double sizes.

We are proceeding with both sizes as they are.

The mattress sizes in Australia and Korea are different.

The Korean double size is sufficient for two people!

It seems safer as it's less prone to folding.

 

The Ilwol Aero Silver Carbon Mat that we carry

is not made with ordinary heating wires, but with

patented non-magnetic heating wires,

making it a 3rd generation carbon heating wire product.
